Facials

A facial cleans, exfoliates and nourishes the skin to promote clear,
well-hydrated skin. A facial is the second most popular treatment
after massage.

The Basic Steps of a Facial 

Cleansing,
Exfoliation, if needed, if not a cleanse and polish is applied
Massage to relax you and stimulate your skin and facial muscles,
A hydrating mask targeted to your skin type (dry, oily, combination,
sensitive, mature.)
A white lotion with essential oils is applied to balance the skin,
Application of a toner to close the pores,
A moisturiser is then applied according to skin type (dry, oily, combination,
sensitive, mature)
To finish off this wonderful treatment the shoulders, neck, face and scalp
 is then massaged.

The exception to the above facial is the Aromatherapy hot stones facial, which
 is where
An aromatherapy oil is used in combination with the hot stones, a very
therapeutic and relaxing facial.

Pre blended aromatherapy oils are used with hot stones on the shoulders, neck and face. It will really relax your mind body and spirit.  


How Often Should I Get A Facial?

Ideally, get a facial every four to six weeks because that's how long it takes the skin to regenerate. Try to have a facial at least four times a year, as the season changes.
